Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapeutic services in Ventura County for individuals and adolescents. I specialize in adolescents, complex trauma, Post traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), domestic violence, and adults impacted from childhood emotional abuse. My beliefs stem from a humanistic approach which creates a trusting, empathetic, and authentic environment. In order to receive quality services, I believe an authentic relationship between the client and the therapist holds immense value in the therapeutic relationship. Most importantly with validation, empathy, and acceptance, meeting each client where they are in their journey is essential to their therapeutic growth .
